Most companies already have staff utilisation at a very high level, the introduction of a new capital project can cause two possible problems. Either the project gets minimal attention and details get missed, or the project detracts from the normal staff activity.

We have our own small manufacture and assembly workshop in the West Midlands. Generally our staff “own” a project, which means that it is likely to be the same people installing a plant that have manufactured the plant. This has a two-fold benefit of keeping quality to a very high standard, as well as giving a simple responsibility for delivery and performance.

With a wealth of engineering experience, we are more than happy to chose the most suitable kit for the job. We have regularly advised clients on the best choice of equipment, and have “sat in” on negotiations with suppliers, to achieve the target outcome on price and delivery.

We generally cover the whole of the UK for our installation services, although we have covered most of Western Europe, as need arises.

Our installation criteria is simple. The amount of downtime on a plant directly affects profits. We schedule our work to fit in with production, keeping you running wherever possible.

With new plant, relocation and upgrades it is imperative to ensure the machine works well, when going back into production. Wherever possible we test run and simulate production processes to offer the best possible chance of getting things right first time. We generally have a Commissioning Engineer on site for production start ups.

From the location of the plant, civils, services, and supply, we can offer the complete package to ensure that concept to completion is all under one control. This avoids the fragmentation that multi-contracting can cause.

Almost all processes have a “bottleneck”. We will visit, observe and advise where we believe your production process can be optimised, and then carry out the work to improve it.

From a single machine to a complete factory, we have been successful in the relocation process, regularly adding expansion to the line during the relocation.

For our established clients, we cover breakdowns through to planned maintenance, and carry out periodic servicing for a number of processes. All is aimed at keeping downtime to a minimum.
